The company not only needs to ensure the security of assets such as characters, scenes, and project data that have not yet been released, but also has a large demand for cloud computing resources to ensure that the project can be completed on time.

Scenario Overview

For creators within the team, the project manager can control the external network usage rights of their workstations, so as to ensure the project assets can only be accessed within the LAN (local area network). In the meanwhile, the team will need to prepare a workstation that can connect to both internal/external network, and use it as an external submission machine to review and upload files that need to be rendered to XRender.

Implemantation Steps

Step 1

Prepare an external submission machine with access to the LAN and the Internet, install and log in to the XRender client master account.

Step 2

Install the XRender client on workstations that can only access the LAN. Before logging in, click the Settings button in the upper right corner and change the “Type” to “internal network”.

Step 3

Enter the IP address of the external submission machine, and click the "Connect testing" button to perform a connection test.

Step 4

After passing the test, click "Confirm" and return to the login interface, switch to the "Sub-Account Login" tab, and enter the account information assigned by the master account to log in.
